Function: 

It takes the inductively coupled plasma as the laser light source and analyzes the elements to be tested according to the characteristic spectral lines emitted by the atoms of the elements to be tested in an excitation state returning to the ground state. It can be used to conduct a qualitative analysis of samples and a quantitative test of elements. 

It can be used to test the content of macro, micro and trace metal or nonmetal elements in different samples (soluble in hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid).
